You have to turn the faucet to almost the end to get a dribble of water to come out. Under the sink, the valves are fully opened.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I love my new faucet. It was not the exact one I ordered but it is beautiful. The spout was correct but the knobs were the traditional 4 little arms with the words hot or cold in the middle. It was a mistake...but at least it was a good one.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
