I received this product in a timely fashion after ordering. Sales rep was an excellent help in making my selections. The oil rubbed bronze was very hard to source from other companies including Kohler who manufacturers the product, but Fixture Universe was able to get the faucet I wanted. It looks lovely in my home.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
