THis shower riser was to flimsy to hold the shower curtain, We had to buy more parts to hold the riser to the ceiling. In addition we had to use stronger and longer screws with toggles to attach to ceiling and wall. The original apparatus was expensive enough, we spent an extra $200 to make it right.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
