A: According to US law, all shower heads have a flow restrictor in them. All the ones we sell are compliant.

I love my Sunflower Showerhead. - December 13, 2006

This is one nice showerhead. Once the flow restrictor was removed this really works nice. I will buy at least one more for our other bathroom. Great product with fast delivery.
