This double cylinder deadbolt is fashioned from smooth iron with a classic flat black finish, reminiscent of Early American ironwork.
Because the deadbolt is opened by key on both sides, it is not recommended for primary exits. The set is reversible for use with left- or right-hand doors without cylinder assembly removal. For extra security, the cylinder guards included prevent wrenching from the door, while a hardened pin prevents cutting through the bolt. Tiebolt construction secures deadbolt into a single unit.
- For door thickness between 1-3/8" and 1¾"
- For 2-1/8" crossbores and 1" edgebore
- Fits both 2-3/8" and 2¾" standard backsets
- Cylinders made from solid brass, with five-pin tumbler, nickel-plated silver pins, 1" deadbolt throw, and Schlage type-C keyway
