I assembled the product but had numerous problems with the installation.

The main problem came when I turned the water on, and the "spout tee" was leaking. I disassembled it, and found that the washer in the connection had curled up and ended up in the input in the bottom of it. I removed the washer, and replaced it carefully because I thought that It may have not been in straight the first time. I reasssembled it again, and it still leaked.I took it apart and the same thing had happened again. I fixed the situation on my own after that.

Secondly, the feed lines from the faucet handles to the spout tee are much too long, and kink easily.

Thirdly, The spout tee is in the way of the operation of the drain.

Forthly, (And this is not a problem with the unit) the installation was very difficult, because the vanity which we purchased does not have a removable top, and the space inside to make all the connections was very limited and took an inordinate amount of time to assemble.

Compared to other fixtures I've bought and installed, I'd say this fixture is sub-par in both quality and ease of installation. The fixture does look good and I am happy with the finished product but did require extra time to install due to the fact that instructions were unclear and the fact that it did not work very well with the vanity I purchased.
