Product arrived as expected. Tracking of shipment was simple. Packaging wasn't done well but did arrive undamaged. I needed to match existing door hardware. Product is what I expected but price was higher than other knobset hardware of equal quality. I'm hoping finish quality holds up better than the one I am replacing. Knobset finish was noticeably dulled and tarnish after a few years.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
