I bought this sink 8/08 in black and tan; it is gorgeous! I love not getting splashed with water anymore when cleaning frying pans. The person who was redesigning my kitchen told me not to waste money on the sink because no one will see it; I can tell you that I am glad I did not listen; everyone will see it when they come into your kitchen. This one is not only a welcome addition with the low divider it will also make everyone envious PLUS you will look back and be sorry you didn't get it. I know I would've!
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    A: I think they wear very well. Anything will scratch if you try hard enough or are careless enough and most things can have the scratches polished oput of them.
