Excellent quality but the baskets are tilted to the back of the rack which is a problem for smooth items such as soap.

The only problem so far is the rubber sleeve that prevents the caddy from sliding off the shower head pipe does not retain the caddy as the rubber tubing slips down the pipe.

This fixture looks as good today as the day we installed it. I had a hard time finding brass shower caddies or shelving. I was glad when I found it on your site and would recommend your products to everyone.

I love the Gatco shower caddie. It matches all of my other bathroom fixtures with the brass finish. I hope the finish will hold up well with use. The price I paid was very reasonable, and the service was great.

I like the look and quality of the shelf, but I did find the same issue as another reviewer - that the baskets are tip toward the back and the soap slides around. My solution was to put a small sponge under the soap. Works great.

I am so disappointed that the shelf is corroding already. I was sure that this would not happen with such an expensive piece.
