The product I purchased was the brown clear waterfall combo. I shopped around for this product to compare price as well as quality. The price for this item was considerly less then anyone else. I thought that the quality must not be very good but took a chance anyway. The product turned out to be much better than I thought. It was easy to install and looks and works great. I will be purchasing more items from you without worrying about the quality of your products or the price.

Great product. Loved the sink when I first saw it. Price was less than I expected. Was told it would take 6 weeks and was sort of disappointed, but to my surprise it arrived in about 4 weeks. Was really shocked at how good it looked when I opened the box. Beyond my expectations. Instructions were simple and easy to read. Now it's the center of attention in our bathroom. My friends are amazed with it. Only thing that disappoints me is that water splashes all over the countertop. The waterfall lands exactly on the pop up and this causes it to splash. On the bright side my countertop is always clean.

I bought the Kraus copper glass vessel and waterfall faucet for our bathroom we are remodeling. It came on time and was packed very well. Their customer service is very curteous and quick to help with any questions you may have. The vessel is absolutely beautiful. I have taken the vessel with me to pick out granite and everyone that has seen the sink has commented how beautiful it is. When people ask what I paid for the vessel they are shocked at how cheap it was. Out of curiousty I went to the Kraus website and the vessel and faucet were priced at twice what I paid at Fixture Universe. I feel I got a very good deal. I definitely would buy from Fixture Universe again without hesitation.

We love the colors of our sink. When the light is on, you see the deep red blend into a gold color around the drain. Black flecks throughout. It is gorgeuos. Everyone who comes over comments on how much they love our sink and ask where we got it. Also, at Lowes, they had one somewhat similar in color but it cost $600! I believe we paid around $200 for ours and it was free shipping! It was packaged well. We also bought our faucet from them too. Thumbs up all around!

Pretty easy to install, only complaint is that it's not very clear which side is hot and which side is cold where the braided line connect to the faucet. Otherwise this is fantastic... it has more valves than you can shake a stick at, is very high quality and looks awesome.

When we purchased our vessel sinks we were totally amazed at the quality and selection.The sinks were more beautiful when we rec'd them than in the picture.We recently saw the same style vessel sink on a "HGTV" show for 1071.00!! we paid 75% less that what that sink was on t.v. for.Alsoo the big box stores offer a very limited selection and you still have to pay for extras{po plug,mounting ring,etc}.So if you really what to make your bathroom pop don't settle for something that is just ok,go to Fixtureuniverse and buy what you really want and for alot less $$$$

My sink and faucet arrived REALLY quickly. When I finally was ready to install, I found the washer and bolts were missing from my purchase. I called the 800 number provided and the nice service rep promised to send the bolts (this was friday at 4:45 PM) When they had not arrived in a week, I called back and they were very sorry and promised to send it. I received a shipping tracking number from them and the parts arrived in 2 days. Installation was just as provided in the instructions and the unit works well. Quite a conversation piece when visitors use the facilities. I saved the instructions taped under the sink in case I need special washers from them someday. Their service department is very good and polite.

The colors are very true to the web page photograph. The inside is glossy with gold toned highlights. The outside is not smooth and shiny, however, as it appears. We are very pleased with our purchase and the speed with which it arrived.

We like the look of this product. The one thing I recommend upon installation is to consider where the water will run once installed. Our plumber did not consider this and now there is a big messy splash every time it is turned on because the water hits the drain plug. We should have moved the unit back an inch or so. My plumber recommended ordering parts now in case they are not available in future.

I broke my countertop in my bathroom and had to replace. I decided to go with this sink, and was very impressed when it came in. It is absolutely gorgeous. It feels very solid and well made, and it's a definite attention getter. Placed on a granite counter, it really makes the room. The picture, however, is not quite accurate. The sink is circular, though the picture looks oval. Also, the faucet is circular and larger than I thought it would be. It's probably 6 or 7 inches in diameter. I am very impressed though.

The only negative thing that I can say, is the sinks were a little Oranger then I expected. But they still worked great in the color scheme of our master bath. The sinks are large and durable, they were very easy to install and the waterfall off the faucets are wonderful and if you just turn down water supply down a little under the sink you have very little splash. The one bonus and it is a big bonus, the sinks unexspectedly came with Pop-up drains. I thought I was going to have to go out and spend $125.00 each to buy them and when I open the box it was like Christmas.

We recently remodeled our guest bathroom and decided to use a vessel sink. My wife desired a bowl shaped sink. After shopping several fixture stores we went on line and found this sink with matching faucet for roughly half the price and it is exactly what we wanted. It is a very nice looking, heavy duty faucet. The lever is easy to use and the flow is nice and full. The only downfall is that it takes a second or two for the water flow to stop once the faucet is turned off. Must be the distance it is having to travel once it is on.

I was so excited to find a beautiful RED sink and was so disappointed when I opened the box and the sink look like a dark brick reddish brown. We are not into earth tones. I think it would help if the person who takes the photo and the person who discribes the color are both looking at the sink not just the photo,there would be less confussion when it comes to the color discription. We are now going to order another sink from you, just not red, we will go with a blue which I am sure will be lovely. The sink came promptly and was packaged very well.
