This is the best made and style for the money that I have seen. Very heavy duity design, powerful stream/sprayer and solid costruction. Looks and acts like faucets that you would pay $500+ for in other stores. Money well spent and much better knock offs sold at the big box retail outlets.

Originally, I purchased another waterfall faucet with a design on it but it was too short for the vessel! This mainly because Fixture Universe site did not have technical information about the items! I searched other sites for technical information and found this Glass Waterfall Faucet and then purchased it from Fixture Universe. Although plain it was installed to the new bath furniture in our totally new bathroom! It gave the furniture a classy look and our bathroom look beautiful! I am very happy! Their Customer Service was very helpful and patience in assisting me to return the first fixture I purchased!

Be sure and look at the LARGE IMAGE before you order! I didn’t. What I thought to be a random pattern of colors on the dish was in fact, uh, naked wood nymphs cavorting in a pool! The good news: the fine people with customer services we quick to realize the problem and with no issues, allowed me to exchange the piece, no bickering. Ultra good of them considering it was ultimately my mistake.

I wanted a pot filler for my cooktop but I could not use the tradtitional wall mounted swing arm types ( real brick is behind the cooktop)so I looked for a counter mounted faucet. This item looks great and uses one hole to install so I only had to drill one hole in my brand new granite!

Very attractive, modern, low profile faucet which was difficult to find. It is a little flimsy but understandable at this price point. Would like for the sprayer to stay on after shutting off but it reverts back to stream. Not a big issue but previous faucet had that feature so was used to it. Major drawback is that it leaks for quite a while after turning it off. Otherwise satisfied with purchase.

The installation instructions were a little lacking and didn't match with the photos. However, once we got it installed, it works great and we love how beautiful it is. I think this faucet was a GREAT value for our money.

The faucets are a conversation piece to all who see it, and they look great. However, water stains inside the flow channel are impossible to clean. Also, the controls are not as smooth as I would like them. I would not buy these again.
