Great design. Trouble hooking up the latch for the drain. The connection pipe was too short for the deep 16" stainless steel bowl. We had to go to a plumbing store to get a part to make the drain work properly. If this did not have the hook up problem, I would rate the faucet a 5.

This faucet is just as described. The Tuscan Bronze is beautiful, and it looks great in the kitchen. This faucet is very tall and would need to clear a window sill. I am very pleased with this faucet and the service of ATG.

Sure this dispenser looks great, but it is made of cheap plastic with a stainless looking coating. For $31 I expected better. I doubt it will hold up.

We bought this faucet 3 years ago and have had to replace the actual faucet once for leaking and the sprayer 3 times. The customer service is excellent and send you the parts free of charge, but the inconvenience and the cost of the plumber are not worth it.

This dispenser looks good, but is all plastic. It does not work well at all. The pump is poor - it sticks and doesn't return well. The nozzel contains a black rubber insert that doesn't stay in place (its intentionally not glued in place). The soap sometimes forces out the insert when the pump is depressed and then the insert likely goes down the drain. Once the insert get "lubricated" by the slippery soap, it comes out almost every time. It's very frustrating. Don't buy it - it's crap.

This faucet works great. Exactly what I've always wanted. The hight of it makes it easy to wash larger items like cookie sheets and easier to fill large pots and pitchers too. The pull out spray works great for cleaning the sink.

I was a little nervous to make a purchase on line without actually seeing the product, but I did not have much choice since I needed a single hole faucet with a side spray and there were no stores that carried that combination. It looks great, I wasn't sure about the soap despenser, but it's really handy when your hands are dirty you don't drip dirty water all over the counter going for the bottle of soap. It's nice having the 2 different sprays on the faucet.

Not being a plumber by trade, I was not aware that the faucet cartriges need to be removed prior to soddering. The directions gave no indication of this step, so I ended up having to buy replacement cartriges.

This soap dispenser looks great with my sink and faucet (stainless) and has worked well for the year we've had it. To fill it however, it sometimes is a bit of a pain. Sometimes only the top will come off and not bring the suction "straw" which needs to come out in order to put more soap in...but it comes out after a couple of tries, just not the first one. I do wish I had purchased two of them and put lotion (or dish soap) in the other one...so overall good product for the price.

For some unforseen reason a feature is that the rounded assembly is not fixed and it loosens all the time causing me to have a small screwdriver in my bathroom to make adjustments. One time the screw got away and i have even greater difficulties now as I've gone to several hardware stores to replace the screw and they are all the wrong size, either length or width. Not happy.

I installed this about a year ago and it's already stopped working. It won't suck up the soap. I've tried soaking it in hot water, then vinager with no luck. I think it's too expensive to only work one year.

I like the faucet the color is exactly what we were looking for, struck out looking at our local home improvement stores. Construction is great, I was looking for a faucet with some substance that could take a beating. Most of the ones that I had seen were cheap and plasticky looking. All you had to do is look at them and they appeared like they would break. Time will tell the durability of this product as it is new for us. Past experience with manufacturer proves there should be few problems. Price was in ballpark with other cheaper constructed models so I feel we made out.

My husband didn't like the quality from the beginning. The compression fittings leaked. We installed it 5 years ago and know need to replace it as the spout has corroded through the metal, with little pin size holes that leak every time you turn on the water. I hate to say it but my husband warned me, it wouldn't last

Looking to upgrade the old laundry sink that came with the farm I had purchased, I quickly discovered that I did not want to spend what I had to for a new stainless steel laundry sink. The raal problem was that the faucets were jury rigged hose bibs that rattled around in the holes in the back of the sink. Searching on the Internet most of the faucets that I found were almost as expensive as a stainless steel sink. I then found and ordered the 69-020 faucet. A great product, easy to install, just what I needed.

The overall quality of this unit is inferior to a $15 all metal unit (except the bottle) available at Lowe's. The only redeeming element to this is the overall styling that caused a decision to be made of style over substance. Feels cheap and brittle in operation.

We thought this faucet was nice ... clean lines ... perfect for our kitchen. However, after about 6 months, the sprayer started sticking almost all the time ... despite constantly trying to clean it. Then recently the soap dispenser spout fell off ... just broke clean off from normal use. Really not worth the money when you'll have to replace it within 2-3 years.
