I mounted it on tile wall in small bathroom tub/shower because I had no nearby wall space for towel bars. Hanging towels in the shower is not a great thing, but if you have to do it, this rack is really nice. Not heavy but very sturdy when mounted. Quick shipping.

The light fixture looks great, just as expected, but beware of the Hotel Shelf & Double Towel Bar. They have an indented design on the rosette which cannot be seen in the online photos and this design keeps the product from being as classic as it should be. Kept the light fixtures and I am returning the bathroom accessories.

One of the screws that came with it was damaged and the tip was flat. My husband had to file it into a point before using it. Otherwise, it was fine to install.

The towel rack was ridiculously expensive for what it is. The screws supplied with the installation kit (also way too expensive)were inadequate to insure a secure installation. The look and clean lines of the rack were exactly what i wanted but I wish I could have seen a number of others in different price brackets to compare.

The rod was exactly as advertised. You must also buy 2 end caps. The total cost for all 3 pieces was about $160-170 for the chrome finish, which I thought was rather high. But the quality was very high (they were surprisingly heavy, perfectly finished, and incredibly well wrapped and boxed). This was one of the few places I could find a straight rod in a variety of finishes that did not have a seam in the middle and relied on spring-loaded pressure to keep it up (i.e. it has to be cut to length and physically mounted). I had my contractor cut the rod to length and mount the end caps into porcelain tiled walls. With the right tools and experience and some patience, a do-it-yourselfer could cut and mount this (but that's not me). It looks great up and will definitely not be falling down any time soon (unlike those pressure-mounted rods which fall down all the time and are worthless; trust me,I have 1st hand experience). Nothing good comes cheap or goes up easy.

This is more beautiful in person than the picture and looks beautiful once installed. We installed it in our shower and it is sleek and gets lots of comments and works well to hold shower products.

This bar is attractive and fits perfectly with the polished brass fixtures in my bathroom. Polish brass accessories are hard to find and this one is great. The double bar is great for hanging extra thick towels over the two bars for drying after showering.

My husband & I were really impressed with the fixture itself, as well as the hardware that accompanied it. The fact that markers and spacers were included (and that they were substantial hardware pieces and nickel-plated to match the fixture) was unexpected.

The quality is not what we expected. No instructions were included in the package. The tightening assembly does not adequately support the weight of the towels. The assembly keeps rotating no matter how much and how many times you tighten the bottom screw to stabilize it. Way too overpriced for the quality of the item. Would not recommend.
