The faucet was nice; however, the screws sent that should connect the handles with the faucet base where too short, and now I am scrambling from hardware store to hardware store trying to find ones with the same thread, but 1/4 inch longer.

The original faucet had a loose handle that we could not keep tightened so the handle had a lot of play in it. I tried the website for Kingston Brass, looking for some guidance and found none. I then called and left a message and got no call back. I then emailed the company. They responded very quickly to that and within a few days I had a new handle, set screw, and tool. That fixed the problem. The faucet looks great and works great. We love the one-handle design. It is much more efficient than two handles.

The faucet I ordered from your very extensive offering was just what I needed. It turned out to be better than the description and photo had led me to expect. It also arrived quickly. I was worried about it being here in time for the plumber, but it was early. Great service and good product offerings. I would recommend you (and have) to anyone. I spent days exploring plumbing supply and big-box building supply stores and couldn't find a wall-mount faucet to suit my need. I could have saved a lot of time by coming to your first. But, at least I saved a lot of money - your prices are great!

The handles are not aligned in the same plane, no way to adjust. One handle screw cover is loose, no way to tighten. This appears to be one that Wallyworld rejected. What does it take to find a quality product?? Is there a company that still has 'Quality Control"? This one does not appear to have any.

If you ever had a fantasy about working in a fish market, this is the faucet for you. Your friends will automatically bring you their catches to clean for them. Beware opening day of the Trout season. Seriously, the long reach of the arm means that you can reach every corner of your sink with the spray. Or, as I do, easily fill the water jug of the Keurig coffee maker without having to take it off the machine and over to the sink. Fit and finish are exemplary.

Excellent product and service with one minor exception - the drain closure mechanism section came in brass while all the rest of the trap fittings were in chrome - it just clashes, but luckily is not often in clear view. Also, it would have been preferable to have the trap components in the same finish as the faucet [brushed nickel] since they are exposed in our installation. I would have paid more for this option.

This is the perfect piece to my gutted and rebuilt 40 year old bathroom. Fixtures are all oil rubbed bronze, cabinets are very traditional. The pedestal paper holder fits in beautifully. Weight and height are perfect. Absolutely love it!!

The T connector at the base of the faucet assembly, when screwed on, did not line up side to side, which interfered with the attachment of the quick connect hoses. I added another washer to correct this problem and evrything was fine from there. Good looking faucet and quality seems sturdy.

I was looking for a Bronze finish faucet, but almost gave up as every faucet I looked at was way out of my price range. When I found this faucet at this price, I went ahead and ordered it figuring that it would be a cheap knock off that I would be replacing within the year. When the faucet arrived, I was pleasently surprised. It is sturdy, well made, and has a beautiful finish. I am enjoying the product very much and I highly reccomend it.

First, there were no instructions. When installed the arm fit over the ball was too lose so that when water was turned on it would recoil with the pressure, also the handset was a bad fit for the shower arm and didnt stay in place except with very low pressure.

Although this faucet is a lower end faucet, it looks absoultely amazing on my utility sink. It is high quality brass with chrome plating and is sturdy and works flawlessly.

The sink is great and all if you are trying to save a few bucks, but you have to keep in mind that if you want a drain that will fit the odd sized hole, you are going to have to search and in most cases, pay a decent amount. They don't have a decent matching drain on the site either.

One really needs to know how to contruct in order to put this in place. I had no problems, because I sew, but my husband even though he has built houses had to guided. I did not expect the ceiling rod to be so thin. I hope it holds up! The picture suggested it was thicker than it actually was up front and personal. I do not plan to hang from the rod but I did take my original liner back for a cheaper and lighter model. Looks great and I hope it stays that way.

We recently put a claw foot tub in our new home and needed a place to keep the soap. When this soap basket arrived we were disappointed that it did not fit the tub properly. It slips off the side easily and we plan to put it away for fear that it may scratch our new tub. To much money for the poor fit.

This Kingston Brass Restoration 8" Kitchen Faucet in Satin Nickel finish is impressive. Faucet looks great mounted on a typical stainless sink but would look outstanding on a vintage style sink. It's well made, precise faucet feel... weighs about 10 lbs being made from solid brass. Selected the "American Lever" Installation is simple...but disassembled the levers and applied blue loctite (removable thread locking compound)to several threaded portions to prevent this style of handle from working loose in normal service. The lever style handle is fixed to the stems with a set screw...wrench was provided. The "cross style" handles use a screw in the center of the faucet stem. No parts list or exploded view was provided and found the instructions feeble. Don't forget to tighten the sprayer blanking plug if you don't require the sprayer. Faucet was als properly packaged to prevent shipping damage.

I couldn't use any af the mounting screws or wall anchors. I had to get longer ones and higher quality ones or they would have come right out of the wall. the set screws in the mounting flanges were completely inadequate. They stripped out almost instantly. I ended up putting a sheet metal screw through the flange and into the rod. If a person doesn't feel like making modifications or isn't very handy then this isn't the product for you.

Bought this for a re-do of our laundry room, in the basement of our 53-yr-old Cape. Had beautiful vintage sink to re-use, with very high backsplash -- on which faucet is mounted. (This may have contributed to difficulty in installing.) I bought the handles with porcelain insert. It all looks very nice and architecturally appropriate for the age of our home. Price, timeliness of delivery, and helpfulness of customer service all big pluses. Would definitely buy from this vendor again!

The brass grab bar seems well made, however there was absolutely no documentation. No installation instructions, no care and use manual, no manufacturer's warranty, nothing. I emailed the manufacturer regarding proper cleaning solvents and did receive an immediate reply. However this information should have been included in the package. Even the box was plain white chip-board. No label, no catalog number, no manufacturer's name, nothing

Great product, we had priced the fixtures with the oiled bronze finish in local stores but found them too high for the budget we had set to remodel the half bath. The half bath is off the kitchen which has the oiled bronze fixtures so we hoped to keep the same look in the bath. We searched on line and found exactly the look we wanted and had it in about a week's time and the cost was a little more than half what we would have paid locally! It's a solid well-made product and the appearance is as good as its 'cousins' in the local stores.

On the whole, it was easy to install. The only problem I had was that did not check the under-the-sink portion of the assembly prior to the installation so there was some initial leakage at the screw-in junction of the straight metal pipe. I cured this with some pipe thread but it would have been nice if the instructions had bothered to mention that this already screwed-in piece needed to be unscrewed and pipe threaded prior to installation. As for performance, this faucet actually gives me better water flow than any of the other bathroom faucets I have in my house. It also has a handsome look to it.

Instructions are poor and incorrect. Faucet does not have screw fittings as advertised but raw 1/2 copper pipe for supply pipes. Supply pipes are strangly shaped so using in a tight space is problematic. Rubbed Bronze finish should be called flat black. If I was not wanting to wait many weeks for another set of fixtures I would have returned these.

I was really surprised. Not only was the faucet beautiful it was excellent construction. Wall mounted fixtures are never easy to do. You have to get those water lines up level. But the faucet has an adjustable collar so leveling becomes very easy.

When I received this, it had 2 hot water valves, and no cold water valve. When I called the retailer, they said that is how it ships from the manufacturer. That is the lamest thing I've ever heard! So I had to go back and order a cold water valve to go with it...

I was so happy to find this Tub Filler at a couple hundred dollars less than the actual company I was about to purchase it from! I was locked into getting this particular faucet, since I had already had the matching sink faucets installed; I was ready to pay anything just to have it match (oil rubbed bronze is a very tricky color-be wary, only have the same company when you order anything in O.R.B.)and to my surprise and happiness, they had the same faucet, at a much better price. Arrived in time. Had our plumber install it, I have no idea how hard/easy it was to install, but I never heard any complaints from him.

I was replacing my curtain rod because I wanted a bronze rod instead of a silver one. The silver rod was very sterdy and made of a thich metal. It also was one solid peice. The new rod was very cheap thin metal, even though it came with a $159. dollar price tag. It was made of two peices that never stay together. My husband has had to make several repairs on it.

Note: my "rating" is low for Instructions/assembly only becasue I hired a plumber to instal the ficture. I didn't inherit the "home improvement gene"!

The finish on this fixture is better than the photos. The design is clean, simple and could fit in a any bathroom from contemporary to classic. I was so satisfied with the "look" that I will be ordering (4) more to upgrade the other bathrooms in my house!

This faucet was not as good as others I've installed by Moen and Delta, but for the money it was about what I expected. I did have to file down the threads on one of the handles because they were too long and allowed the porcelain part to spin freely. Taking about 1/8" off did the trick. Also the pop-up assembly was brass and the nut was very low profile, and thus difficult to tighten.

I bought a similar set from a major chain store. for almost as much as my new set. The handle have a good crisp stop when the water flow is cut on and off the way it should. The water pressure is good, unlike my old set - the pressure was fully open yet the the water force was minimal. Yes, I had my regular professional plumber do my installs. My old set as my plumber put it "is cheap". It had a little weight to it, but that's all. The inner workings were inferior and the cost was excessive. I install the old ones maybe 2 years ago and was truely miffed with the quality and leaky faucets that would not hold after ajustments etc. I bought the universal sets after reading about the construction was solid brass etc., and to think my new faucets were $43 more per set. I had them installed and thus far I am as happy as a pig in slop!! Honk! Honk!

On the down side, the installation instructions are not very detailed and the online specs have no part identification.

I am NOT ahppy with Kingston Brass. Their website is awkward to navigate and they are unresponsive, both when I contacted them directly and when Fixture Universe contacted them. Plus our plumber said it was difficult to find replacement parts for their products.
