Great design. Trouble hooking up the latch for the drain. The connection pipe was too short for the deep 16" stainless steel bowl. We had to go to a plumbing store to get a part to make the drain work properly. If this did not have the hook up problem, I would rate the faucet a 5.

I looked at alot of units to match the Danze sink faucet I purchased after a lot of searching and I realized that I should have looked at the faucet makers offerings 1st. Well made, nice finish and a very nice departure from the badly made/badly designed towel rings that everyone else sells. I also like the stand off distance, towel does not lay against the wall when damp.

We have not done a reno in our master bath since we moved in 31 years ago. I ordered 2 Kohler oval sinks and 2 Danze fixtures for our basins. Both came undamaged and exactly as I had imagined. Thank you for you attention to detail. The packaging secured our items beautifully.

The kitchen faucet arrived complete in factory box. Nice job. Only comment is that you should have told the buyer they will need a flexable connection to hook up to this faucet. Offer to sell these as part of the purchase. I had to run off to the hardware store in the middle of the project.

I used to get this showerhead for every apartment/house I lived in. They are no longer available locally so I had to send away for this at considerably more cost but it is worth it. The trick with this is to remove the water saver inside the arm. I had the water usage evaluated by the electric company once and was informed that the showerhead without the water saver still didn't drain too much water and electricity.

I ordered 4 items in oil rubbed bronze. Unfortunately, 1 came in black. They said I ordered it in black. I'm not sure. Well, Danze charges a 15% restocking fee. I reordered it in oil rubbed bronze!!!! Why a restock fee then?? I was happy with Fixture Universe but my new home will get no more Danze products!

The last shower head I had was the same type. I had trouble with the rubber O rings constanly wearing out. This shower head locks into place and I would think it will give me a better and longer lasting shower head.

This is a good choice for a contemporary towel ring. I liked the fact that it is open on the end and you don't have to loop a towel through a ring. It is being used in a man's bathroom and he thought a complete ring looked more feminine. To better fit the bathroom we flipped the ring so that the open side is on the left.

Tried to get manufacturer to honor its warranty but they have claimed parts to be out of stock for quite some time. The finish began to wear off the facet head and handle in less than a year of use. The manufacturer does not honor their warranty due to loophole of item not being in stock. Buyers beware.

After buying and returning a much more expensive towel bar through this website, I bought this one and couldn't be happier. Only downside is that the mounting template has the screw locations 90 degrees off and we had to re-insert the anchors. Very happy, though, with the product.

I like that the ring is not a complete circle...it's different. The quality is excellent. Just remember that the circumference of the ring is over 8 inches which is pretty large, so think about where you need to place it!

I purchased the extension to move our rain shower head up a little higher. Works great. There were no instructions, but it doesn't take a rocket sceintist to figure out how it should go.
It did exactly what I wanted it to do. Good price, and I didn't have to look all over creation for it. When I went to some of the home improvement stores, they said they could order it for me, so I ordered it myself, for less money.

We ordered the faucet with Chrome finish. Lower drain assembly that came with the faucet was unplated brass with only the top being Chrome (the popet part that was exposed in the sink. We cannot use the drain since our sink is exposed underneath. Fixture Universe checked with the manufacturer who apparently does not have any other option. This is a pretty expensive faucet so we were disappointed. We will keep the faucet but will buy a different drain for it locally.

This works and looks fine. Installation was not too difficult (all these under sink dispensers are difficult to install), but re-filling will be somewhat tough because the bottle screws in instead of "popping" in, so one will need to be under the sink longer to replace its contents.

I just wanted y'all to know that towel bars are not all alike -- this one is a very nice towel bar that not only holds towels, but looks great while doing it. Okay, that's a bit tongue in cheek, but I did compare prices and design, and these guys had the best combination (and I am a comparer extraordinaire). Packaged well, too -- there was no chance of damage to the unit. All in all, good service and good product. I'd gladly do business with them again -- not an idle comment here!

The towel bar was high quality. My husband said that there were not installation instructions and he tried to install it up-side-down at first. The price was OK, but I would have loved to get it for a little less.
