i ordered two pulls for the new refrigerator and they are perfect! i ordered an additional one for the dishwasher a month later and the colour is slightly off though i ordered the exact same product. since the appliances aren't directly next to each other i can live with it but i'd have returned it if they had arrived like that (one mismatched).
the quality of the metal and the service were very good, though.

I build cabinets for clients and had just finished maple base cabinets and shelves for along the fireplace. I tried to match up new knobs with knobs that are about a year and a half old. Unfortunately, the new knobs are a much lighter antique copper color. Knobsandhardware.com told me the manufacter doesn't carry any other colors besides what they list on their website. The weird thing is the color looks like what I need on the website, but the knobs/pulls are much lighter in person. So now I'm stuck with knobs that don't match. Hopefully, they patina or something over time and will match eventually, though I was not told this will happen. Just hoping.

We get so many compliments on the Normandy oval knobs in our kitchen and bath rooms. They were very easy to install. It was wonderful that they also came in larger sizes so we could install on large pantry doors. I have recomended Knobs & Hardware to friend who ask where we got them. I needed new cabinet pulls to unify 1960's upper cabinets with brand new lower cabinets, so I needed two center widths. The Normandy Twsited D Handle came in 3-inch centers and 3 3/4-inch centers. Perfect! They arrived lickety-split, they are installed in the mini-kitchen, and they look like a million bucks. They look like real wrought iron with a reddish patina. Fabulous.

The handles look great on our cabinets BUT installation was a disaster due to cheap screw. Even though all the holes for the screws were pre-drilled the screws broke off into the cabinet during during installation (simple turn of the screw driver). Luckily I am married to a very ingenious guy and he was able to drill out broken screws, replace the wood utilizing wood dowels, pre-drill holes again and try to screw the handles on. 6 of 16 screws broke and some in an already reengineered hole. PLEASE let the company know they need to supply harden or better screws. If it was not for my husband's creativity(and his patients)the cabinets would have been ruined. Your website and service delivery was great and I would order from you again.

I have seen several similar knobs that are much more expensive. However you can't beat the value of this one. Unless you are looking at these with a magnifying glass, you can't tell that these are the cheaper version. Don't get me wrong; they are still excellent quality, just not quite as fine-tuned as some of the more expensive ones I've looked at. I wouldn't waste the extra money. Also, they have these anchor thingies at the base of the knob (I'm not sure what the term for that is) that ensure that they can't twist around once they are installed.

Packed well, chrome finish was flawless. Heavy and very quality knob. It was especially refreshing to get 2 screw lengths with each knob. I'm used to having to spend double the time to cut the length of the screws to fit my doors. Not with these! Highly recommend Top Knobs.

After attempting three times to order handles through a store and having them arrive in finishes that did not match their discription or sample, I was relieved to get these handles that were perfect. They are solid black but they have a rustic look to them that keep them from being a bold and shiny black; which is just what I needed. I thought they were a little pricey but, they arrived in four days (at the store each order took 1-3 weeks) and they were sturdy and best of all the finish was just what I had anticipated.

THESE BACKPLATES WERE REALLY NICE, HOWEVER THE DESCRIPTION DID NOT SAY THEY HAD NUBS ON THE BACK FOR GOING INTO WOOD. I BOUGHT THEM TO USE ON METAL CLOSET DOORS. THEREFOR, I COULD NOT USE THEM. THEY WERE NICE LOOKING AND OF GOOD QUALITY.

We ordered the 1 1/4 knobs for our entire kitchen (cabinets and drawers). The size is a bit small for drawers, so you might want to consider the next size larger, which I believe is 1 1/2.

Rather than leave all the selection to my contractor, I did some research and found Knobs & Hardware online. We ordered pulls for our refrigerator as well as our new dishwasher in the black patina. I was nervous to do so without seeing the pulls in person due to the high restocking fee however we went ahead. They are too stunning to describe! We have received compliments from every person who has visited our home! They are VERY heavy and if you plan to use them on a dishwasher you may need to add "helper springs" to your dishwasher so the door doesn't fly down. We did not have to but were on the edge.

The knobs and handles are very nice. They are a very good quality, heavy and solid.
I ordered the wrong color...not trusting the names, I looked at the pictures, so ended up with the wrong color. Since I needed them asap, I am having to live with the wrong color rather than exchange them. Shipping was on time, but the sender required a signature for delivery which really screwed me up since I work full time and am not home to sign. I would have given them 5 stars if I had ordered the correct color. My fault. Oh well.

It is a nice knob but I would personally only use it in a laundry room or like place. The quality is good but not rich enough for a kitchen. It has a high gloss finish to it and the detail is minimal. I am happy with it and it is the perfect size for a cabinet.

We are very pleased with the look and quality of this
product. Including a screw that could be cut to match the thickness of the cabinet surface was a good feature
but we found that we had to be very exact in making
the cut or we did not have the right thread alignment
to allow for complete tightening. It was as if the
threads were stripped because the final tightening
occurred at a gap in the thread on the screw. It
would be nice to include extra screws with each order
to compensate for this issue.

I have a very nice $3000 desk in my home office and I needed to add bookcases. My budget is shot on the desk. To have someone build bookcases that match the desk would cost around $6000. I found suitable bookcases at Ikea and planned to replace the knobs to match the desk.
The knobs are avaiable in a matte black finish and have a crisp, beveled edge. After visiting 3 different local hardware stores, I was beginning to give up hope on finding knobs similar to those on the desk. A coworker recommended Knobs & Hardware. After 15 minutes of searching, I found a near-exact match. My wife could only tell the difference after I pointed them out. Not only were the knobs a match, they cost almost a third of what similar knobs were costing at the hardware stores.
The knobs arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I am pleased with Knobs & Hardware's service and means for locating knobs and can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone faced with the task of matching existing knobs.
