This is an absolutely beautiful lever set, but the mounting screws that come with it for the strike plate are awful. Several of them actually broke upon installation until we went to buy better screws that would actually work. Apart from that, this is an excellent product and I would definitely buy again.

Really love this hardware - solid, good weight and feel, well made and nicely designed... slightly smaller in scale than common American brands such as Schlage or Baldwin.. Cannot beat the price (especially compared to other comparably styled hardware = 3 or 4 times the cost of Intersel). The operation of the hardware is smooth and solid. Levers are firmly held in place (no sagging). We specified oil finish bronze - which wisely came wrapped in paper towel since it was still slightly coated... small compromise given the quality of the piece and design. Couple pieces came with slight scratches - not too noticable (I overlooked this - since it gave the hardware a more time-worn appearance).
Installation was as easy as every one else

I had a great experience purchasing this product and was more than pleased when they were delivered to our residence. The quality exceeded my expectations and our door levers will be a great design feature of our remodeled house when its complete. The process of keeping me informed the whole way from the begenning of the transaction to the final shipment was easy and very professional. I would give this experiece a five star!

All of the pieces that go into this door handle look very nice; my one complaint is that in its "resting" position the lever sags downward rather than being nice and level. no amount of trying to adjust this on my part seemed to help; there's just enough "play" in the mechanism to allow the sagging to happen.
