The emergency exit locksets allow interior knob or lever to simultaneously retract both the latch bolt and deadbolt for quick exit. Deadbolt mechanism is highly secure, with security jamb screws, saw-proof bolt with 1" throw, dust box, and an armored front to conceal the fasteners. Comes with adjustable latch and deadbolt backset that fits 2-3/8" and 2¾" backsets, and is fully reversible for both left- and right-hand door setups. Designed for easy homeowner installation in standard pre-drilled doors and includes graphic installation instructions.

• 5½" center-to-center distance between latch and deadbolt only.
• For doors 1¾" thick. Conversion kit for 2" thick and 2¼" thick doors available; see accessories.
• Door handedness must be specified--when viewed from the outside, left-handed doors are hinged on the left, right-handed doors are hinged on the right. See configuration options to specify door handedness.
• Full dummy configuration also available for inactive (non-working) side of double doors; see options to select.
