We were very happy with our ordering experience. The order was delivered ahead of schedule. We ordered the towel bar, toilet paper holder and towel ring. The quality was great, the feel is nice and solid. Easy installation. I would definitely recommend this product.

The Markham towel bar was just what I was looking for in quality and style. The product looks very nice in the remodeled bathroom and the set that included the toilet paper holder, ring and towel bar was a better value that individual items. Just as important, prompt shipping and delivery was appreciated.

The comment on the returns is directly related to the lack of information when it comes time and ability to return something. There was an email sent with an RMA number, then a week later the actual address for shipping the return came through. It seems there could be a better process for this.

Again, all in all, very positive experience.
