This was my first time purchasing from the Allied Hardware Group, and I am pleasantly surprised. It was relatively easy to order and once I received my product the plumber had no problems installing it and all the parts were there.

This product was for my own home; however, I am an interior decorator and plan to use Allied in my search for decor for my clients.

handle broke off within a year

When I received the faucets, one had a bad gasket and I had to request another. This was quickly shipped. But within a year one of the handles has broken off at the screw fitting. I can't find a replacement locally and will probable have to buy a whole new faucet.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I ordered the faucets for my newly renovated bathroom and they are perfect. I was going for a Tuscan theme and they fit in perfectly witht he chandeliers and mirrors I purchased.
